Horizontal Skid Mounted Gas/Oil Fired Steam Boilers For Fish Meal Industry
WNS series gas oil steam boiler is horizontal three-return fired tube steam boiler with wet back structure. The high temperature flue gas injected into the atmosphere after convection heat transfer through the reversal chamber into the first flue tube bundle, and then from the front smoke box with turning 180℃ into the second flue tube bundle. The structure of WNS Series horizontal steam boiler is compact and reasonable. This industrial steam boiler is composed of three parts: boiler body, chimneys and piping systems. Boiler body and chimney are manufactured in our factory, and piping systems are installed when the boiler arrives at the destination, the technical team could help to install the boiler or offer the technical support if necessary. Moreover, the quality of the boiler can be guaranteed.

The entire system warranty period: 2 Years.
Free-Installation
Before the shipment, complete boiler system is well skid-mounted on the basement, also we have done the pipe(valves) connection and wire connection. After receiving the boiler, no need installation/ assembly. Just join the boiler to water/ gas/ electricity. Comparing with other traditional boilers in the market, our boiler does save lots of cost/ energy/ time in installation. The additional, the entire boiler system is portable.

1. What are the available fuel for the oil gas fired boiler?
Oil gas fired boiler could burn both liquid fuel and gaseous fuel. The liquid fuel could be heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil, bunker oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), etc. The gaseous fuel could be natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, etc.
2. Whether the boiler can burn dual fuel or multi-fuel?

Electric control cabinet adopts PLC touch screen, display in English. It shows working condition details of boiler, such as water temperature, water pressure, exhaust gas temperature, and over-pressure alarm, etc. In addition, the cabinet is used for set up the parameter, record and analyze the operation data, etc.
8. What is the inlet pressure of gas burner?
The inlet gas pressure is different for different capacity boiler, for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity boiler is about 8~10KPa, while for 4 ton steam capacity boiler is about 18~20KPa.
