WNS series industrial steam boiler is a safe, efficient and fully automatic heating equipment. This gas/oil fired steam boiler is horizontal, fire tube, three return, wet back structure, with high efficiency, small volume, convenient installation, simple operation, stable operation, wide range of application and other characteristics.
Important note: this series of steam boilers can be hoisted as a whole, convenient for mobile transportation, and suitable for oilfield heating and other field operations.

Steam pressure: 0.4MPa ~ 2.5MPa (optional as required)

Performance Advantages
1. High Efficiency
1) Equipped with high quality and reliable burner, high combustion efficiency, low harmful gas emission and noiseless operation.
2) Adopts horizontal type three pass structure, absorbs the thermal expansion effectively. Uses large diameter corrugated furnace, large combustion space, high combustion efficiency.
3) The spirally corrugated tube strengthen the disturbance of flue gas, high heat transfer efficiency.
4) The boiler shell use aluminium silicate board for heat preservation, low heat loss.
5) Equipped with economizer, make full use of the heat of flue gas, decrease the exhaust smoke temperature, the thermal efficiency could be increased to as high as 98%.

1) Complete gas manifolds and protection system, including filter, pressure regulating valve, and solenoid valve, etc., to ensure the safety performance of fuel.

Design, manufacture, assembly, experiment and acceptance of boilers in strict accordance with national and industrial standards, including but not limited to the following standards: GB/T16508 Boiler Shell Boiler, TSG G0001 Boiler Safety Design Supervision Code, GB50273 Boiler Installation Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code
2. The main steel used in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, which ensures the safety and reliability of the boiler.
3. Welding materials shall be selected according to NB/T47018. Full penetration welding with argon protection shall be performed on the boiler tube.

1. What are the available fuel for the oil gas fired boiler?
Oil gas fired boiler could burn both liquid fuel and gaseous fuel. The liquid fuel could be heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil, bunker oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), etc. The gaseous fuel could be natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, etc.
2. Whether the boiler can burn dual fuel or multi-fuel?
