Waste tyre pyrolysis plant adopt the latest pyrolysis technology. It can process the waste tyres or plastics with high temperature in a oxygen-free condition. Through the pyrolysis process, you can get fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire and combustible gas from waste tyres, or get fuel oil, carbon black and combustible gas from waste plastic. The whole process is safe and environmentally friendly. Our pyrolysis plant have two types: continuous and batch.

Reactor
1. The gear can be seperated from reactor, instead of welding on reactor. So it will not be destroyed by cycling heating.

Auto-feeder(optional device)
1. 50 ton hydraulic pressure help feeding more raw materials.
2. The diameter is 1.4m. It can feed all kinds of raw materials, including plastic, packages of plastic, truck tire,
car tire, or tire pieces after cutting.

4. After finishing production it can feed raw material instead of waiting the reactor to be cooled.

Cooling system
1. Coil pipe cooling system : there are 22-30 pipes lied in the water pond,each pipe 6 meters long, oil gas can be cooled in
larger area and longer time,thus get higher oil yield .
2. Vertical condensrs : we supply 4 cndensors, each has 44 pipes inside the condensors. Save land and looks more neat and beautiful.
Anti-back fire device
1. Little residual gas can not be cooled. It will recycle these gas to furnace burned to heat the reactor.
2. Water sealing disign will prevent tempering. Ensure safety.
Double dust removal device
1. Dispose of flue gas caused by heating reactor using coal, wood, oil or natual gas.
2. Environment protection.

Production Process
Step 1: Feeding (2 hours). Feed tyres into reactor manually or with auto feeder;
Step 2: Preheating (2-4hours). Tyres gradually melts under high temperature and oil gas comes out;
Step 3: Oil producing peak (8-10 hours). Oil gas goes through the cooling system and is cooled down into liquid fuel oil; some oil gas that cannot be further cooled down into liquid fuel oil under common temperature and common pressure ("syngas") will be recycled to furnace for heating, saving your fuel;
Step 4: Cooling (4 hours). After the oil processing process is completed, leave the plant for cooling.
Step 5: Carbon black discharging (1-2 hours). Use a fully-sealed carbon black discharging system to discharge carbon black.
Step 6: Pulling out steel wire (0.5h).

The combustible gas below C4(oil and gas that cannot be further cooled down into fuel oil under normal temperature and pressure)will be recycled to furnace for heating the reactor,maximizing resource utilization.
The cooling water adopts circulating mode,which is pollution-free,no discharging,and recyclable.

Integrated condensing device:All of the condensing parts have been installed together before delivery from factory , save installation time and ensure welding quality
