WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell type 3 passes wetback oil/gas fired boiler. After fuel is being atomized by burner, flame is full of the wave furnace and transfer heat via furnace wall, this is 1st pass; the high temperature smoke is collected in reversal chamber and then enters 2nd pass which is grooved tubes bundle area; after heat convection, air temperature gradually falls and goes to front smoke box and turn to 3rd pass, which is smooth tubes bundle area, and then enters chimney passing back smoke box and exhausted to the atmosphere.
Applicable Fuel: gas-fired or oil-fired,can also use electric,coal-fired,biomass pellet,liquefied gas or city gas.,etc

Boiler characteristics
WNS series is a classical shell type boiler, with classical design: firetube+ wetback+ 3pass. Its average thermal efficiency >95%, design working life span more than 15years. Equipped with well-known auxiliary parts, such as BALTUR/RIELLO- Burner, DANFOSS- Pressure Controler, SIEMENS- PLC operation system, LEO- Multistage Pump, etc. to ensure the boiler's steady performance. The entire system warranty period: 2 Years.
Before the shipment, complete boiler system is well skid-mounted on the basement, also we have done the pipe(valves) connection and wire connection. After receiving the boiler, no need installation/ assembly. Just join the boiler to water/ gas/ electricity. Comparing with other traditional boilers in the market, our boiler does save lots of cost/ energy/ time in installation. The additional, the entire boiler system is portable.

Oil gas fired boiler could burn both liquid fuel and gaseous fuel. The liquid fuel could be heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil, bunker oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), etc. The gaseous fuel could be natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, etc.
2. Whether the boiler can burn dual fuel or multi-fuel?
Jinzhen boiler have oil burner, gas burner, and oil&gas dual fuel burner, we can offer the specific burner based on customers' requirement.

the thickness of corrugated furnace is different based on working pressure and furnace diameter, generally, the thickness is between 10~18mm, large combustion space, and combustion sufficient.

This fire tube boiler has compact structure and convenient operation, strong load adaptability, lower water quality requirement, and the failure rate of it is lower than 0.1!
7. Details of electric control cabinet.
Electric control cabinet adopts PLC touch screen, display in English. It shows working condition details of boiler, such as water temperature, water pressure, exhaust gas temperature, and over-pressure alarm, etc. In addition, the cabinet is used for set up the parameter, record and analyze the operation data, etc.
8. What is the inlet pressure of gas burner?
The inlet gas pressure is different for different capacity boiler, for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity boiler is about 8~10KPa, while for 4 ton steam capacity boiler is about 18~20KPa.
