Tyre pyrolysis is: the process of converting waste plastic into industrial fuels like Pyrolysis Oil, Carbon Black and Hydrocarbon Gas.
The complete pyrolysis equipment inlcuding 6 parts : Auto feeder , pyrolysis reactor , heating system , condensing system , dedusting system and carbon black discharging system.

Output product from the waste pyrolysis plant
From waste tire pyrolysis plant, 4 kinds of products can be obtained: fuel oil, catbon black, steel wire, and incondensable gas. Fuel oil is widely used in industries, such as steel factory, heavy oil generator, cement factory, and boiler heating etc. Carbon black can be made into pellets for making new rubber products. Steel wire could be sold to the recycle station or steel mill for remelting. The incondensable gas is recycled to heat the pyrolysis reactor, saving energy.
Working proccess of the waste tyre to oil pyrolysis plant
1. Put raw materials into reactor by auto-feeder, then heat the reactor. Do not stop heating the reactor when the temperature reaches nearly 250 degree Celsius, waste tyre will be transferred to oil gas.
2. The oil gas will be cooled by condenser to liquid oil then collected by oil tank.
3. The exhaust gas which can not be cooled to liquid oil will be recycled to heat the reactor. Smoke produced during processing can achieve national emission standard through dual desulfurization and dusting removal device.
4. After oil producing finished , give 3 hours for cooling the reactor,after that carbon black will be discharged automatically.

a) Safety
1) Two devices to avoid backfire in production: oil-water separator and anti-back fire device.
2) Vacuum device makes reactor working under ordinary pressure or negative pressure.
3) Temperature monitoring device to avoid excessive working temperature.
4) Pressure gage to monitor the pressure. If it goes above a certain level, the bell will alarm and the safety valve will release the pressure automatically.
5) Carbon black is discharged in a closed situation to avoid catching fire.
b) Environmental protection and energy saving
1) The flue gas (caused by burning fuel to heat the reactor) will be purified and cooled by dust removal device, then can be released into air through chimney.
2) The procedure to remove carbon black is working under closed situation to avoid pollution.

1. Delivery time- It will be 10-15 days after we receive the deposit.
2. Warranty-The warranty period for reactor and other parts except spare parts is 1 year.
The problem caused by wrong operation of workers shall not be responsible by our company.
3. Installation and Training-Our company will send one technician for each set of machine for guiding your installation, testing the machine and training your worker.

Q1: What kind of raw material can be used?
waste tyres/ rubbers/ shoe soles/ inner tube / cable husk/ bicycle tyre/ motorcycle tyre; PP,PE,PVC,PMMA plastic, paper mixture from paper mills and all kinds of waste nylon products
Q2: What are the end products?
If your raw material is tyres, end products are fuel oil, carbon black,steel wire and waste gas; if your raw material is rubber or plastics, then end products are fuel oil, carbon black and waste gas
Q3: What's the fuel of pyrolysis plant?
The fuel can be coal, charcoal, firewood, fuel oil, heavy oil and natural gas
Q4: What's the covering area of one set of 5-10 ton capacity pyrolysis plant?
The equipment covers 30 square meters(length20m*width15m). Besides raw material and end products storage areas,you also need to prepare workers' resting room and simple office, so totally 600-800 square meters land will be better
Q5: How many workers needed to operate the plant?
3-4 workers are enough for one set of pyrolysis plant. If you use auto-feeder and auto-discharging system, then 2 workers are ok
Q6: How about the installation?
We will provide the foundation drawings to you after the deal is done and send technical engineer to guide the installation, the commissioning and workers training on your working site
Q7: What about the usage of the oil extracted with this plant?
The oil from tyres or plastics is mixed oil. It is a good quality furnace oil, used as heating oil.It can be used for some large boilers, like iron and steel plant, bricks factory, cement factory,glass plant and etc
