Steam Boiler use vertical furnace no tubes , four return structure. This design effectively increasing smoke heat transfer to boiler water ,which ,improving thermal efficiency and good at engergy saving .
No pipe design could save boiler from scaled and destroyed. The heat evenly transfer to wall and fins, avoiding stress and extending service life.
Compared with similar products ,LSS series steam generator has large combustor room and low out-let temperature. The thread smoke tubes are mainly convective heating surface.
The upper chamber could install the heat exchanger ,which ,could help for maximum energy saving.

Features of vertical steam boiler
1. The main body of the steam boiler is a three-pass fire tube structure, which has a longer service life than the ordinary water tube structure and lower maintenance costs.
2. Equipped with a fully automatic burner, with a high degree of automation, automatic purging according to the instructions of the controller, electronic automatic ignition, automatic combustion, automatic proportional adjustment, stable performance and good combustion effect. And there is a flameout protection device to ensure operation.
3. Equipped with a microcomputer LCD control system, one-button operation, install the water and electricity in place, press the power button, the generator will enter the fully automatic operation state, which is simple and does not require professional furnace staff.
4. The steam generator is equipped with a pressure controller, valve, and multiple protections such as overpressure, low water level and overheat protection to ensure product quality and use.
5. Steam production and steam saturation have been strictly tested, and both meet the requirements of industry standards.
6. The vertical steam boiler is a complete machine and has been equipped with a water pump, solenoid valve and one-way valve. It only needs to be connected to the power supply, steam outlet pipe, water inlet pipe and sewage pipe, which saves installation costs and a large amount of installation materials.
7. Quick-installed and shipped out of the factory, small in size, steam boilers less than one ton can be replaced by this steam generator.
