The organic heat carrier furnace is a new type of special boiler, also known as the heat-conducting oil furnace, with low pressure and high temperature working characteristics, and its heating temperature can reach 340°C in the liquid phase or 400°C in the vapor phase. Any process that requires uniform and stable heating and does not allow direct flame heating can be used in various production occasions where the heating temperature is between 150 ℃ and 380 ℃, and organic heat carrier can be used for heating.
Main features of industrial thermal oil boiler
1. Process design: the flue gas has three return passes, the medium flows through the inner and outer coils, the flow rate is uniform, and the operation is safe and stable.
2. Sufficient output: reasonable layout of the heating surface, large area, good heat transfer effect, high efficiency, stable and sufficient output.
3. Multi-functional safety explosion-proof device: The rear of the furnace body is equipped with an explosion-proof device connected to the furnace. When the fuel is violently deflagrated in the furnace, the high energy generated instantly can be automatically reset. It also has a fire-viewing mirror and a maintenance channel. The function of the furnace is to adjust the combustion flame during operation, and it is convenient to
check and maintain the furnace.
4. Unique sealing of the smoke box: the furnace cover adopts an integral structure, multi-stage labyrinth seal, special sealing technology and materials, good compressibility, completely blocking the leakage of smoke, and can be reused.
5. Complete automatic control measures: oil outlet temperature control, medium temperature,pressure and super smoke set multiple control protections to ensure safe and reliable operation.
6. Automatic control level: The thermal oil boiler controller adopts Siemens/Delixi electrical components,with reliable performance.With LCD display Chinese and English menu type, man-machine dialogue remote control touch screen type
