Coal Fired Boiler Burning process
The fuel falls from the coal hopper to the front of the grate. With the operation of the grate, the coal undergoes preheating, dry distillation, ignition, and embers. The slag falls into the slag hopper and is discharged from the furnace at any time by the slag remover. The flue gas is in the front and back arches. The throat between the throat can form a vortex to fully mix with the air, heat the front arch, improve the fire conditions, enter the two-wing convection tube bundle through the exit smoke window on the upper part of the arch, enter the threaded smoke pipe through the front smoke box, and pass through the economizer and dust collector. The induced draft fan is led to the chimney and discharged.

Technical characteristics
(1) The arched tube sheet and the threaded smoke tube are used to form the drum, so that the drum is changed from a quasi-steel body to a quasi-elastomeric structure, and the bracing parts in the tube plate area are eliminated, and the stress is reduced. The smoke pipe is changed from two-pass to single-pass, which solves the problem of tube sheet cracks.
(2) Due to the arrangement of the rising pipe row at the bottom of the drum, the dead water area at the bottom of the drum is eliminated, so that the sludge is not easy to deposit, and the high temperature area of the drum can be well cooled, preventing the bulge in the lower part of the boiler shell.
(3) The use of high-efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipes achieves enhanced heat transfer effects, achieves the characteristics of rapid boiler heating and pressure rise, and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
