YY(Q)W series oil fired thermal oil boiler is an safe and energy saving boiler with working characteristics of low working pressure (0.8 MPa) and high temperature (330℃).
The heat carrier is heat conduction oil, the circulating pump force heat transfer medium circulating in liquid phrase, and transfer heat to heat user equipment, then return to the heating furnace for reheating. Jinzhen Boiler has a mature R&D and design team, could customize the boilers based on customers’ requirement.
Technique data:
Rated thermal power is 0.12Mw (10×104kcal/h) to 14Mw (1200×104kcal/h).
Design pressure is equal to or greater than 1 Mpa.
Operating temperature is equal to or less than 350°C.
Thermal efficiency is between 60% and 85% according to the difference of boiler type.
Characteristics of oil-fired heat-conducting oil boiler
1. The seal between the burner interface and the tube plate adopts a labyrinth type, which has good sealing performance and large expansion space, which prolongs the service life of the burner and improves the thermal efficiency.
2. The thermic fluid heater adopts two-coil structure, three-pass flue gas, compact design, saving space, adding air preheater, and thermal efficiency up to 92% or more.
3. Various operation safety protections make the boiler operation safer and simpler, with high temperature control accuracy (±1℃) and good combustion effect.

YY(Q)W series gas fired thermal oil boiler designed with three passes coiled tubes, the tail heat surface form the wet back type smoke-transfer chamber structure, to improve heat efficiency. large access door design of boiler's front and rear panel,hammer paint coating, which makes the inspection more convenient.
The thermal oil boiler can be used for asphalt mixing plant, bitumen melting machine, bitumen emulsion machine, also can be used for bitumen modifying machine. The bitumen can be heated quickly by thermal oil, and the boiler can be automatic control by setting the temperature limit.
