WNS series is a classical shell type steam boiler, with classical design: firetube+ wetback+ 3pass. Its average thermal efficiency >95%, design working life span more than 15 years. Free-Installation
Before the shipment, complete boiler system is well skid-mounted on the basement, also we have done the pipe(valves) connection and wire connection. After receiving the boiler, no need installation/ assembly. Just join the boiler to water/ gas/ electricity. Comparing with other traditional boilers in the market, our boiler does save lots of cost/ energy/ time in installation. The additional, the entire boiler system is portable.
Structural characteristics
1. Adopt horizontal full wet back structure, compact overall layout, beautiful and generous, high thermal efficiency.

5. The corrugated furnace structure not only increases the heating area but also increases the disturbance of the flue gas, and the threaded flue gas technology increases the convection heating surface.
6. Use frequency conversion water supply and control technology to ensure the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas.
7. The condenser adopts special steel with "low dew point corrosion resistance of sulfuric acid", which greatly improves its service life.

Executive Standard

Design, manufacture, assembly, experiment and acceptance of boilers in strict accordance with national and industrial standards, including but not limited to the following standards: GB/T16508 Boiler Shell Boiler, TSG G0001 Boiler Safety Design Supervision Code, GB50273 Boiler Installation Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code
2. The main steel used in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, which ensures the safety and reliability of the boiler.
3. Welding materials shall be selected according to NB/T47018. Full penetration welding with argon protection shall be performed on the boiler tube.
