DZH type active grate biomass steam boiler has a wide range of fuel sources. It is a renewable green energy source. It contains almost no sulfur and less ash. Its growth process can absorb all the CO2 generated by the combustion process and achieve zero CO2 emission. Biomass energy will gradually replace coal and become one of the main energy sources. Biomass fuels include straw, wood shoots, bamboo wood processing waste, grain shell skin, fruit shells, sugar residue, oil residue, and so on.Compared with coal-fired boilers, biomass fuels are less expensive and significantly reduce operating costs.

Structure
The fuel enters the furnace and burns on the grate. The flue gas from the production enters the convection tube bundle on both wings along the bottom of the boiler barrel through the smoke outlet on the middle partition wall, enters the threaded smoke pipe through the front smoke box, passes through the dust collector, and is pumped and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney by the induced draft fan.

Remarks: The fuel consumption in above table are counted the low calorific value of biomass pellet as 17084 KJ/Kg (4085Kcal/Kg), if the low calorific value of actual biomass fuels is bigger than this, the corresponding fuel consumption will more save than above data in table.
Technical characteristics
1. High Quality Control: In manufacturing processes, we has adopting steel strength test, automatic steel cutting/ plate rolling/ welding, 100% x-ray welding check, magnetic particle check c-scan ultrasonography check, fluorescent penetrating check, hydraulic (water) pressure test, boiler thermal efficiency test,etc, to make sure all finished products is qualified.
2. Simple Structure: DZH boiler adopting threaded fire tubes, single water drum, horizontal shell type boiler with 3 fire-passes structure, water-tube fire-tube mix design. Most important, the combustion fixed chain grate can also suit any kind of biomass. The small flakes chain grate can reduce fuel leakage, and also let the broken chain grate flakes is convenience of replace.
3. Better Adaptability on Fuels: Comparing with DZL boiler, DZH boiler has better adaptability on fuels, it can fire coal, rice husk, nut shell, sawdust, waste wood pieces, also can fire wood logs, straws. But, DZH boiler can only support manual fuel feeding, and manual ash remove.
4. Safe Operation: DZH series is equipped with automatic water-level control, automatic pressure control, automatic interlock chain stop protection, free settable working.
Warranty and after-sale service
Jinzhen Boiler promises the top quality of every set of boiler and best after-sales service as followings :
(A) The boiler body guarantee is two years, for accessories three years
(B) During the guarantee period , if the main body defective or broken without wrong operating, Jinzhen Boiler must replace the parts for free or prepare the spare-parts for free.
(C) Jinzhen Boiler should provide boiler technical service and operation guidance for whole life long.
(D) Regarding to the installation and training, the buyer should take all the correlative charges (accommodation and food, round -trip tickets)
