DZH biomass horizontal steam boiler, is a horizontal three - return water - fire tube hybrid boiler, in the boiler barrel arranged with a bunch of threaded smoke pipe.The left and right sides of the furnace chamber are equipped with water cooling walls of light pipes.It adopts light movable grate, manual feeding, equipped with blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation.The front and rear arches of the furnace adopt new energy saving technology.After the fuel falls on the grate, enters the furnace and burns, the flame, through the rear arch refraction, turns upward through the burning Chambers on both sides of the body, turns back to the front smoke box, and then returns to the tube bundle in the pot through the front smoke box, enters the economizer through the rear smoke box, and then is pumped by the induced draft fan to the air through the flue to the chimney.
Structure
Combustion process:
The fuel enters the furnace and burns on the grate. The flue gas from the production enters the convection tube bundle on both wings along the bottom of the boiler barrel through the smoke outlet on the middle partition wall, enters the threaded smoke pipe through the front smoke box, passes through the dust collector, and is pumped and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney by the induced draft fan.
Technical characteristics
(1) The pot barrel is composed of arch tube plate and threaded smoke pipe, so that the pot barrel is changed from a quasi-rigid body to a quasi-elastic body structure, and the stretch parts in the tube-plate area are eliminated to reduce the stress.The smoke pipe in the tube plate is changed from two return journey to single return journey, which solves the problem of crack in the tube plate.
(2) The bottom of the pot is arranged with an ascending pipe row, which eliminates the stagnant area at the bottom of the pot and makes the mud residue not easy to deposit. The high temperature area of the pot can be well cooled to prevent the bottom bulge of the pot.
(3) High efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipe is adopted to enhance the heat transfer effect and achieve the characteristics of boiler heating up and rapid pressure boost, thus improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

Water pump motor overload: heat relay action when water pump motor overflows, cut off the power supply of water pump motor and stop water pump, realized by hardware.
Power failure: In case of power failure, the control system will immediately shut down the power supply of all equipment in the cabinet.When the power is restored, the cabinet will be in the off-duty state automatically.
