Condensing steam boiler price adopts condense heat recovery technology,which can fully utilize and recycle the energy in the flue gas and provide very low exhaust gas temperature, so as to achieve high efficiency and low pollution emissions,hence it provides good thermal system solutions for enterprises. The boiler is mainly composed of a boiler proper,front and rear gas chamber,condenser, gas water piping system and combustion system etc.This boiler adopts lower corrugated furnace and large "wet-back" combustion chamber, high temperature corrugated furnace for flue gas passing through,flue gas tubes for secondary and tertiary pass, flue gas enters into economizer from rear flue gas chamber and enters into the smokestack,then discharges into the atmosphere.

SAFETY FEATURES
Real-time monitoring of water level: Electronic water-level detecting device
Water shortage protection: The combustion control system power will be cut off when there is water shortage along with alarm.
Leakage protection: The power will be cut off when there is leakage detected by the control system.
Over pressure protection: When the pressure is over the preset value, the combustion control system power will be cut off along with alarm.
Steam Safety Valve automatically opens to reduce pressure should excessive steam cause pressure build-up.
Steam Pressure Gauge allows visual observation of steam pressure over full range.
Manual Reset Pressure Control provides high limit pressure cut-out with manual reset.
Complete gas manifolds and protection system for gas boiler: Strainer, pressure regulating valve and magnetic valve
Flue gas monitoring device can detect the flue gas temperature automatically.

| Oil gas fired boiler could burn both liquid fuel and gaseous fuel. The liquid fuel could be heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil, bunker oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), etc. The gaseous fuel could be natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, etc. |

| The inlet gas pressure is different for different capacity boiler, for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity boiler is about 8~10KPa, while for 4 ton steam capacity boiler is about 18~20KPa. |
